Street Smart Shopper delivers Monday to Friday and to select locations on Saturdays. Most deliveries are on a set run and therefore it is not possible to request specific times, however this does mean that we cannot give an estimated time for the delivery. All deliveries must have somebody home to sign for the item. A courtesy call before the delivery can be arranged, This can be requested in the delivery instruction box when placing the order.
For Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane - We only offer Electrolux range of products (Westinghouse, Simpson, Dishlex, Chef, Electrolux) for our large items.
For Melbourne - We offer all Electrolux range (Westinghouse, Simpson, Dishlex, Chef, Electrolux) and LG range of products for large items.

We DO NOT offer pickup from our warehouse.

Provided your order is placed prior to 2pm and stock is available, we will do our best to get your order delivered to you within 5 working days. This is mearly a rough guide and not in any way a concrete gaurantee. However, we will contact you if there is going to be a delay.
We do not deliver to Tasmania or Northern Territory.

Weekend/After Hour Deliveries:
Street Smart Shopper can also organise Saturday and After Hours (between 6pm - 9pm) deliveries in capital cities for the following brands:
Simpson, Westinghouse, Electrolux, Chef, Dishlex
A total delivery charge of $88 applies for all Saturday/after hour deliveries.
Regional Areas
Generaly within 7 Working Days (depending on stock availability and area).
* We currently do not offer a removal service in WA or SA or VIC. Removal is only for Electrolux / Simpson / Westinghouse ordered items in these states.
Please note: We can not deliver items above the first floor in apartment blocks/units/buildings unless the building has a lift.

'HASSLE FREE' DELIVERY
For a small fee we offer HASSLE FREE Delivery within the metropolitan areas of each State’s capital city with a 1 hour courtesy call before delivery if required. Street Smart Shopper can also deliver to selected areas Australia wide.

QUICK DELIVERY
Where stock is available we will endeavour to deliver with 3 working days. Streetsmart shopper are able to offer great prices as we do not have the high cost of storing large quantities of stock, only high turnover items. We do deliver in regional areas which separates us from the rest. A regional delivery will take from 3 -5 days dependent on distance from major capital cities. In any case, a Street Smart Shopper operator will notify you of any expectant delays should they occur.
FREE CONNECTION
Free connection to existing compatible plumbing for washing machines as well as free unpacking and placement of your new refrigerator, freezer or dishwasher. Due to liability issues, we cannot connect dishwashers or ice and water dispensing refrigerators to existing plumbing (taps), nor can we mount clothes dryers. There is a requirement for this task to be completed by a properly qualified tradesman.
FREE REMOVAL
At your request, Street Smart Shopper will take away your old existing appliance as a free service - washer for washer, fridge for fridge saving you time and money. (Sydney and Melbourne only, notice is required, please put notice on shipping instructions)
